Our warehouse operates with a highly automated dispatch system which allows us to process orders quickly and efficiently. As soon as an order is completed, the automated warehouse is put into operation, and the parts are quickly picked using part numbers managed by AI, inspected by the international transportation team, and appropriately repackaged. Therefore, on each products pages you must select the exact model, year, type and options you have. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after your order has been confirmed. We will not be able to accept any exchanges or returns because of the customer's personal preferences and ordering miss. Refund Guarantee:
Full refund or replacement can be offered in the following conditions.
1. Parcel is lost or you don't receive it within 30 days after you make payment.
2. The item you received is defective or broken.
Please inform us ASAP if you have any above question and send us pictures to prove, we will give you the best solution.
Note: We are NOT responsible for any physical damage or damage caused by buyer. Returned items must be in its original package of unused condition and buyers need bear the shipping charges and full insurance cost for the items to get replaced or its faulty.
